The 495th Meeting of the Standing Committee will be held on Tuesday, October 7 at the Virginia Tech
Agricultural Research Station near Suffolk, Virginia.
Delegates will travel with the Secretariat and
representatives of the cotton industry in Washington by bus from downtown Washington. The coach will
leave from near the Secretariat office at the corner of 17th and K St. NW at 8:00 AM. This location is just a
few hundred feet from the K St. exit to the Farragut North Metro stop. It is also just two blocks from the
Farragut West Metro stop.
Free parking can be arranged if the Secretariat is notified in advance.
Dress
for the day is very casual.
