A podcast is an audio file that can be listened to on your computer or an MP3 player such as an iPod.
The ICAC has made two monthly publications available as podcasts:

Monthly press release
Additionally, if you use iTunes you can subscribe to our podcasts. This means that new episodes will automatically be downloaded when we publish them without your having to return to this page to retrieve them. However, you do not need iTunes to listen to these files.
