The International Cotton Advisory Committee is the recognized international commodity body for cotton and cotton textiles.
The ICAC is sponsoring a project on cotton by-products in India with funding from the Common Fund for Commodities (CFC). The ICAC and the CFC are looking for a consultant to conduct a midterm evaluation of the project.
