Procedures for Visas and Hotel Reservations for the 76th
Plenary Meeting of the ICAC are now in place.
All Plenary Meeting participants MUST register for the meeting at www.icac.org
in order to apply for visas.Visas
The Uzbek Organizing Committee is arranging visas for all plenary meeting participants; visas are required for all participants from outside of Uzbekistan. A Letter of Assurance will be issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and sent in advance to obtain a visa free of charge upon arrival in Tashkent. This Letter of Assurance will permit travelers to board flights.
However, to avoid delays on arrival, plenary meeting participants are welcome to apply for their visas at an embassy or consulate of the Republic of Uzbekistan in advance. Visas obtained in advance will also be issued free of charge.Hotel Booking
The Ubek Organizing Committee has blocked rooms in conference hotels convenient to the Plenary Meeting in Tashkent. The hotels are described in the plenary meeting brochure and on the ICAC web site.

The Secretariat of the Committee publishes information related to world cotton production, supply, demand and prices, and provides technical information on cotton production technology. Detailed statistics are found bimonthly in COTTON: Review of the World Situation, $190 per year via email, $230 per year in hard copy. A monthly outlook is available by email for $300 per year.
