Official invitations are sent to Ambassadors, Coordinating Agencies, Standing Committee Delegates, Observers, members of the ICAC specialized committees, international organizations and Non-Member countries.
The agenda for the 76th
Plenary meeting will focus on best practices in cotton production technology, meeting the challenges of inter-fiber competition, and expanding value added production in the cotton value chain. This will be the first ICAC plenary meeting in Central Asia in approximately two decades, providing a special opportunity to experience the culture and cotton economy of this region.

The Secretariat of the Committee publishes information related to world cotton production, supply, demand and prices, and provides technical information on cotton production technology. Detailed statistics are found bimonthly in COTTON: Review of the World Situation, $190 per year via email, $230 per year in hard copy. A monthly outlook is available by email for $300 per year.
